Tapenade of green olives flavoured with rosemary

Ingredients

- 1 Garlic clove
- 400g pitted green olives
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 tbsp rosemary
Method
- Peel and crush the garlic with a garlic press.
- Put the olives, garlic, lemon juice and rosemary in a salad bowl.
- Blend everything for 30 seconds, the mixture should not be too smooth.
