WHAT IS THE WARRANTY TIME FOR DYNAMIC PRODUCT?

DYNAMIC warranty applies exclusively in the context of culinary preparations. The warranty period for our mixers, turbo crushers, manual food cutters and the salad spinners (EM98 and E5SC) is 1 year and 5 years for the salad spinners (E10, E20 and E20SC) from the purchase date. The warranty fully covers parts and labor. The warranty implies the replacement of any defective part. 
DYNAMIC warranty does not cover damage due to any drop or impact, improper use, connection error or the non-respect of conditions of use prescribed by the user manual. 

WHAT PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW IN CASE OF FAILURE OF MY UNIT?

If your device does not work properly or shows anomalies, contact your closest dealer or return it to the following address: SAS DYNAMIC – 518 Rue Léo Baekeland – 85290 MORTAGNE SUR SEVRE.

WHAT ARE THE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE ADVICES?

Unplug the device before cleaning it. Wipe the body of the equipment with a sponge or a slightly damp cloth, do not use abrasive detergent products nor scouring sponge. Pay attention not to put water inside the device.

WHERE CAN I LEAVE MY EQUIPMENT AT THE END OF ITS POERATIONAL LIFE TIME?
