The mixers of our different ranges (DYNAMIX, JUNIOR, MASTER and SMX) with the combination of the mixer and the blender / homogenizer tools allow you to prepare a high-quality ice cream. They pulverize fresh, frozen or lyophilized ingredients, emulsify fats, sugars and liquids while mixing uniformly.
The blender / homogenizer tool system (with slots) allows to finely crush fruits (fresh or frozen), including raspberry seeds, blackberries, any type of stringy fruit like pineapple. It simultaneously emulsifies the fruit with the base (water, sugars, neutrals).
The bell of the mixer tool, easily detachable for a perfect hygiene, facilitates the emulsion of various semi-finished products with the base and improves the mixture homogeneity while reducing working time.
Ideal for the preparation of cold emulsions based on milk, sugars, fats, neutrals, flavors and other products. You get a homogeneous, well-emulsified mix which enhances the aroma and taste of the ice cream.
By using these two accessories (mixer tool and blender / homogenizer tool), you obtain a perfect emulsified mix, in which the flavours and the tastes are enhanced, the ingredients are homogeneously spread over.
