Potato Cakes, Lemon Sauce, Dill and Condiments
BASIC INGREDIENTS
- 2 Lemons
- 3 big Agria type potatoes
- 2 glasses of milk
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 cucumber
- 2 black Crimea tomatoes
- 2 yellow peppers
- 200g Mesclun
- 150 liquid cream
- 1 bunch of dill
To make the cakes :
Make the lemon juice using the Dynajuicer.
Peel 3 large potatoes. Cut them coarsely in eight. Blend them using the Cutter Bowl Master, add little by little two glasses of milk and 2 tablespoons of flour.
Add the lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of yeast.
Mix until the desired consistency, that is, a waffle dough.
To make our cakes, take two tablespoons of this dough and place it into a hot pan greased with a drizzle of peanut oil.
Brown 2 to 3 min on each side.
To make the made dish:
Wash the mesclun thoroughly.
Cut tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers into cubes using the Dynacube.
Arrange these elements on the edge of the plate.
To make the sauce:
Mix two spoons of cream, lemon juice, 1 bunch of dill chopped using the Dynamix Mini Cutter Bowl.
Serving:
Serve the sauce in a ramekin.
Arrange the hot cakes.
Serve with the made dish (mesclun, tomato, cucumber, peppers).
Season everything with salt, pepper of the mill, old vinegar, and pure olive oil.
To make this dish more prestigious, you can add smoked salmon.
